Insourced Managed Service represents the provision of staffing solutions on client site. Typically this covers financial leadership and accounting roles across Controllers, Finance Managers, Commercial Managers, Financial Analysts, Management Accountants and accounting services management.

Where IMS differs is that many temporary staffing requirements are met by contract labour at the customer’s risk following selection. At Strata we provide resourcing from our talent pool on a managed service basis, against customer requirements and to agreed SLAs whether for an individual role or a project team.
